｢信仰年｣の特別免償について (PLENARY INDULGENCE)

教皇庁内赦院は、10 月 5 日「信仰年」に際して与えられる特別免償についての教令を発布しました。教令は、「信仰年」の間に定められた条件を満たした者に免償を与えることを定めたものです。

免償とは、罪科としてはすでに赦免された罪に対する有限の罰の神の前におけるゆるしです。キリスト信者はふさわしい心がまえを有し、一定の条件を果たすとき、教会の助けによってこれを獲得します。免償は、罪のために負わされる有限の罰からの解放が部分的であるか全体的であるかによって、部分免償および全免償とに分けられます（教会法 992～993 条、『カトリック教会のカテキズム』1471、『カトリック教会の教え』220～221頁参照）。

以下に記載した条件は、全免償のための広島司教区に適応した内容です。
「信仰年」 ２０１２年１０月１１日から２０１３年１１月２４日までの間に①心から悔い改め、②ゆるしの秘跡を受け、③聖体を拝領し、④教皇の意向に従って祈る者に神のあわれみにより全免償があたえられます。

また、この全免償は亡くなった信者の霊魂の安息にも適用されます。全免償は以下 A～H の条件を満たすたびに得られます。

広島教区内の小教区、修道院等

A) 「信仰年」の間に行われる説教を少なくとも３回聞く。または聖堂等ふさわしい場所で行われる『第二バチカン公会議公文書』『カトリック教会のカテキズム』に関する講話を少なくとも３回聞く。

B) 「信仰年」の間に、自由に選んだ日に、洗礼堂または他の洗礼の秘跡を受けた場所を敬虔に訪れ、正式な形で洗礼の約束を更新する。 教区外の場所でも、そこが自分の洗礼を受けた場所であれば、条件を果した事になります。

C) 裁治権者によって指定された日に、あらゆる聖なる場所で、ミサか正式な典礼としての｢教会の祈り(聖務日課/時課の典礼)｣に敬虔に参加し、正式な形式での信仰宣言を唱える。

広島司教区では、以下の日を指定します。

• １２月２４日夜から２５日「主の降誕」
• １月１日「神の母聖マリア」
• ２月５日「日本２６聖人殉教者」
• ３月３０日｢復活徹夜祭｣
• ３月３１日｢復活の主日｣
• ５月１９日「聖霊降臨」
• ６月２日「キリストの聖体」
• ７月１日「福者ペトロ岐部司祭と１８７殉教者」
• ８月１５日｢聖母の被昇天｣
• １１月１日｢諸聖人｣
• １１月１０日｢教区墓地ミサ｣

D) ５月３日｢津和野乙女峠祭｣での司教司式ミサと１１月２４日｢王であるキリスト｣の日に行われる信仰年閉幕の司教司式ミサに、敬虔に参加する全ての信者に｢教皇の祝福｣と｢全免償｣を与えます。

E) 教区内、各県指定巡礼所への巡礼を行う。

• 広島県： 世界平和記念聖堂(司教座聖堂)、 「聖トマス小崎殉教碑」(三原市)、 ｢広島キリシタン殉教の碑｣(己斐)
• 岡山県： 岡山教会(聖ディエゴ喜斎記念聖堂)、 ｢芳賀の里(聖ディエゴ喜斎記念公園)｣、 「鶴島」(備前市日生町)
• 山口県： 山口教会(山口サビエル記念聖堂)、 ｢萩キリシタン殉教者記念公園｣
• 島根県： 松江教会、 ｢乙女峠｣(津和野)
• 鳥取県： ｢椿谷｣(鳥取市)

① そこで何らかの聖なる儀式に参加するか、ある程度の時間、敬虔に黙想する。

② 終わりに主の祈りと正式な形式での信仰宣言と聖母マリア、使徒、守護聖人への祈りを唱える。

病気等、重大な理由で巡礼や小教区でのミサに参加不可能な方々

F) 禁域で暮らす修道女、隠遁者、収監されているキリスト信者、高齢者、病者、また病院や保健施設で継続的に保健活動に従事する方等、重大な理由で祭儀に参加できない場合。
心から悔い改め「教皇または司教のことばがテレビやラジオを通じて放送されるときに」、その場にいる信者と思いと心を一つにし、自宅ないし留まらなければならない場所で、自分の生活の苦しみと不自由をささげながら、主の祈りと正式な形式での信仰宣言および「信仰年」のための祈りを唱える。
日本において、教皇または司教のことばのテレビ･ラジオ放送はインターネット経由で可能です。

そこで、広島教区内においては、先述のCとDに指定された教区司教司式ミサの時刻に、その場の信者と思いと心を一つにして、祈る事が勧められます。

また、｢全免償を、自分で条件を満たす霊的わざを果すことができない信者(生者と死者)に、｢代祷｣の形で譲る事ができます｣から、条件を果せない知人のために代わって免償を得ること、また、自身に代わって免償を得るよう知人に依頼することは、「キリスト信者がカトリック教会の教えを知り愛するよう促され、霊的な実りを得ることができ(「信仰年」に際して与えられる特別免償に関する教皇庁内赦院教令参照)」、双方のために非常に霊的に有益でありますから、強く勧められます。

なお、広島司教区の場合、「信仰年の祈り」として、信仰年公式聖歌「クレド･ドミネ（主よ、わたしは信じます）」を祈るよう指定します。

ローマ等へ巡礼される方々

G) 当地の規定に従ってください。

赦しの秘跡を受ける場合において

H) 広島司教区内の聖堂、または修道院で赦しの秘跡に与る場合、内的法廷に限定して、全免償が与えられます。

なお、このために、広島教区内で赦しの秘跡を授ける全ての司祭に、内的法廷に限定された権能が与えられます(『教会法』第508条第1項参照)。

聴罪司祭は、留保または懲戒罰にかかわる重大な罪について告白者に勧告を与え、ふさわしい償いを定め、それぞれの罪の特性に則した確固たる悔い改めと、つまずきと損害との回復に努めてください。

PLENARY INDULGENCE FOR THE YEAR OF FAITH

According to a decree made public on October 5 by the Apostolic Penitentiary, Benedict XVI will grant the faithful a Plenary Indulgence on the occasion of the Year of Faith.

The following are conditions to obtain a Plenary Indulgence in Hiroshima Diocese during the Year of Faith (11 October 2012 to 24 November 2013). A Plenary Indulgence for the temporal punishment of sin is imparted from the mercy of God and applicable to the souls of deceased faithful, and may be obtained by all faithful who 1)are truly penitent 2)go to Sacramental Confession 3)receive the Eucharist 4)and pray for the Intentions of the Pope.

Parishes, religious communities and others in Hiroshima Diocese

A)Each time the faithful attend at least three sermons during a Mission, or at least read three lessons on the Acts of the Vatican Council or articles of the Catechism of the Catholic Church.

B)On any day they chose during the Year of Faith if they make a pious visit to the church in which they received Baptism, and renew their baptismal promises.

C)Each time that in any sacred place, they participate in a solemn celebration of the Eucharist or the Liturgy of the Hours, adding thereto the Profession of Faith, on any of the following days.

• Jun. 1. Mary, Mother of God
• Feb. 5. Paul Miki and companions
• Mar.30. Holy Saturday
• Mar.31. Easter Sunday
• May.19. Pentecost Sunday
• Jun. 2. The Body of Christ
• Jul. 1. Blessed .Paulo Kibe and the 187 Martyrs
• Aug.15. Assumption of the Blessed Virgin Mary
• Oct. 1. All Saints Day
• Oct.10. Mass at the Diocesen Cemetery

D)Those who attend the following Masses conducted by the bishop who imparts the papal blessing.

• May. 3. Tsuwano Otometoge martyrs
• Nov.24. Christ the King : closing of the Year of Faith

E)Each time they visit the designated course of a pilgrimage in the diocese, and there 1)participate in a sacred celebration, or at least remain for a congruous period of time in prayer and meditation, 2)concluding with the recitation of the Our Father, the Profession of Faith, and invocations to the Blessed Virgin Mary and, depending on the circumstances, to the Holy Apostles and patron saints.

• Okayama : St.Diego Kisai Memorial Church(Okayama), St.Diego Kisai Memorial Park(Haga no sato), Tsurushima(Hinase-cho, Bizen-city)
• Yamaguchi : Yamaguchi Xavier Memorial Church(Yamaguchi), Hagi Christian Martyrs Memorial Park(Hagi)
• Shimane : Matsue Parish Church, Otometoge(Tsuwano)
• Tottori : Tsubakidani(Tottori city)

Those who are unable to leave their place of abode because of illness or other Legitimate reason They may still obtain a Plenary Indulgence “if united in spirit and thought with other faithful, and especially at the times when the words of the Supreme Pontiff and diocesan bishop are transmitted by television , radio or internet if they recite the Our Father, the Profession of Faith , and other prayers that concord with the objective of the Year of Faith while offering up their suffering and discomforts..”

Hiroshima Diocese

We are encouraged to pray united in spirit and thought with other faithful at the time of the above mentioned masse (C), (D).
The formal hymn for the Year of Faith is the hymn, “Credo Domine”.

On behalf of others

“It is possible to offer a Plenary Indulgence for the faithful (living or dead) who cannot practice the designated conditions. ” In view of the spiritual help obtained, it is strongly recommended that we obtain the Indulgence for others.
